Verda Compliance is an approved UK WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme, created to make producer responsibility simpler, clearer and easier to manage.

We work across the WEEE system – supporting producers placing electrical and electronic equipment on the market, local authorities and Designated Collection Facilities managing WEEE when it arises, and the collection and treatment network responsible for moving and processing that material.
Developed by HW Martin Waste Limited, Verda combines regulatory expertise, practical WEEE experience and purpose-built technology to provide a more connected approach to compliance.
A new approach to WEEE compliance
The first new WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme approved since 2015.
Verda has been built from the ground up for the way producers and the wider WEEE system operate today.
Rather than adapting a legacy compliance model, we have had the opportunity to design our processes, systems and member experience around clear advice, accessible expertise, robust compliance controls and a practical understanding of what happens to WEEE beyond the reporting process.
The result is a scheme that connects regulatory compliance with the operational world behind it.
